Kogan Page’s books recognized at the American Book Fest Best Book Awards 2020
At their first American Book Fest Book Awards, Kogan Page’s titles are recognized as winners and finalists across five categories. The three award winners received their second award of the season, showing the continued high caliber of Kogan Page’s list, despite a year filled with disruption. The award-winning and finalist titles are:
- The Apology Impulse by Cary Cooper and Sean O’Meara: Communications/Public Relations
- The Simplicity Principle by Julia Hobsbawm: Business: General
- The End of Marketing by Carlos Gil: Marketing and Advertising
- Bounce Back by Susan Kahn: Finalist in the Business: Careers category
- The Leadership Lab by Chris Lewis and Pippa Malmgren: Finalist in the Management and Leadership category
Helen Kogan, Managing Director at Kogan Page, commented, “We are ecstatic to see Kogan Page’s continued success in the United States. For some of these books, this isn’t the first award of the season, and that speaks volumes of the quality of our books and author experts. Congratulations to our authors.”
Martin Hill, Director of Kogan Page Inc., the publisher’s New York City-based American division, added, “In the midst of a turbulent news cycle in the United States this month, we are so happy to see one more States-side award added to our list. It’s the first time we’ve entered this award, and we are constantly honored to be working with such great content and high-profile authors.”
