The following terms and conditions apply to the £150 Gift Voucher giveaway running on the Kogan Page Publishing Instagram account until Sunday, 5th January at 23:59 (GMT):

1. The Promoter: Kogan Page

2. Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.

3. Promotional Period: The promotion is open to entries from 2nd December 2024 until 5th January 2025.

4. Entry Instructions: To enter the prize promotion, complete the instructions outlined in the post.

5. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected within 3 working days from the end of the promotion. A single overall winner will be selected. The winner will be notified via email.

7. Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified by social media via the account provided at the point of entry within 3 working days of the closing date and will have 7 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.

8. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide correct, up-to-date details on acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

9. General: The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of The Promoter and which prevents The Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants, but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

15. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

16. Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with The Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions, including for the purpose of sending special offers. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by The Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name for the winners’ list.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Black Friday Sale promotion.

The pre-sale is running from Friday, 22nd November to Sunday, 24th November at 23.59 (GMT).
The general sale is running from Monday, 25th November to Tuesday, 3rd December at 23.59 (GMT).
The sale for CIPD members is running from Friday, 22nd November to Tuesday, 3rd December at 23.59 (GMT).

The promotional offer:

• is only available to individuals and educational institutions who purchase online at koganpage.com.
• only a maximum of 10 copies per title can be purchased using this code. Kogan Page reserves the right to cancel any orders that exceed this limit.
• applies to all book and toolkit formats, including pre-order items.

The following terms and conditions apply to our Giveaway Competition in partnership with CILT, running until 25th November 2024 at 23.59 GMT.

As part of this competition:

• Entries must be received by 23.59 GMT on 25th November 2024. Kogan Page accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Kogan Page by the relevant closing date for any reason.
• Kogan Page reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a promotional offer at any time.
• Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
• To enter fill in your details on the online form found at https://www.koganpage.com/cilt-competition
• All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw. The first entry drawn at random will be the winner.

"Gift Voucher"

The following terms and conditions apply to Gift Vouchers.

Gift Vouchers:

• Can only be purchased via enquiry form here.
• Are only active once payment has been made.
• The purchase transaction will be finalized using a separate payment link that will be sent to you separately.
• Are only available to individuals and educational institutions who purchase online at koganpage.com.
• Only a maximum of one voucher per order can be purchased.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be refunded and you cannot use a gift voucher to purchase another gift voucher.
• This voucher is valid until redeemed and does not expire.
• Can be used in conjunction with discounts, if discount code is clearly stated in initial enquiry.
• Are digital and must be requested by a valid email address.

Redeeming your gift voucher.

Gift vouchers:

• Can be used to purchase any item, including pre-order items.
• Can be used as full or part payment for purchases made online at koganpage.com
• Can be redeemed against the “Paperback + Ebook Bundle” offer.
• Cannot be redeemed against any discounts.
• Include the cost of shipping if total amount is below voucher amount.
• Cannot be subject to change or refunds. If the total order value is less than the value of the voucher, a new voucher will be issued with the remaining balance. Email kpinfo@koganpage.com to get your new code.
• In case of returns, the amount will be placed back onto a new voucher.
