About the authors

Dr Sajia Ferdous is a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast, UK. She is a Human Resource Management expert and teaches at postgraduate research, postgraduate taught, and undergraduate levels. She is a Fellow of Advance HE (formerly the HEA). • The book presents a unique commentary on the traditional theories and ideas of HRM from a contemporary perspective. I feel that Ferdous' book can be utilized as a core text for both Bachelor's and Master's students looking to explore SHRM as situated in the broader global and technological context.
